Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using My Daily Challenge (“Service”). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account or use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Subscriptions

  • Premium subscription: USD 4.99 per month or USD 39.99 per year.
  • Yearly plan includes a 7‑day free trial. You may cancel during the trial via Apple App Store or Google Play to avoid charges.
  • Payments are processed exclusively by Apple and Google; billing, renewals and refunds are governed by their store policies.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your store account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel an active subscription.

3. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, revocable license to download and use the Application for personal, non‑commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

4. User Conduct

  • Do not misuse the Service, attempt to reverse‑engineer, or interfere with its normal operation.
  • Do not post or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes intellectual‑property rights.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and all content (except user‑generated content) are the property of Dedaldev D.O.O. All rights reserved.

6. Health & Fitness Disclaimer

Some challenges may suggest physical activities. Participate at your own risk. Consult a qualified health professional before starting new exercise routines. We are not liable for injuries or health issues arising from participation.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that completing challenges will achieve specific results.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dedaldev D.O.O. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent courts in Belgrade, except as provided in the US Arbitration section below.

10. US Arbitration & Class‑Action Waiver

For users residing in the United States, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the Rules of the American Arbitration Association. You and the Company waive any right to participate in a class action or class‑wide arbitration.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from within the app (data is removed immediately).

12. Modifications

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be announced in‑app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
